Tips for Choosing and Buying a Demountable Pool (Part 1)

Undoubtedly, the purchase of a removable swimming pool will grant you unmentionable moments of enjoyment for you and yours (family, friends, ...). But yes, there are certain aspects to which you should pay attention in order not to make a mistake in your purchase.

Let's see the most important and we believe it is important to comment:

- Type of pool: not all pools in this segment are the same, nor have they been designed and manufactured for the same purpose. There are pools of simple character and more suitable for quick assembly and disassembly such as inflatable pools; and then you also have those that have a rigid structure (steel sheet panels, wood, ...).

- Size and shape of the pool: it will depend on the number of swimmers that will use the pool, the space you have available for its installation and your budget. But it is an aspect to value, since the same model can be found in several sizes. Remember that around the pool you should always leave a minimum of space to install it correctly. There are removable pools of different shapes (oval, circular, rectangular, ...).

- Chosen location: the site chosen for its installation must be well thought out and decided, since once the pool is installed, we will not be able to move it unless we disassemble it (especially in large size removable pools). It must be a sunny place, close to an electrical outlet and 2 water intakes (one for filling and the other for draining). It is also advisable that there are no trees nearby to prevent the pool from getting dirty.

- Preparation prior to installation: before installing the pool, you must prepare and level the ground correctly.

- Filtration system and water treatment: you will have to choose between the use of a cartridge filter or a sand filter, being the latter the ones that offer a greater capacity to purify the water. To disinfect the water, in most cases the best option is to use chlorine (chlorine tablets in a dispenser). Although if the removable swimming pool is of great dimensions, it can also be interesting to value the purchase of a saline chlorinator.
