Return and refund

In accordance with current legislation, products can be returned, for whatever reason, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

Below, and to facilitate the entire process, we list all the steps to follow in order to make the return:

CHECK THE PRODUCT

Review the article and verify that everything is in optimal condition. You can return the item, as long as you keep its packaging in optimal condition and it has not been opened and unsealed. You must send the product in its original packaging. If so, the refund of the amount of the product or products will be full.

WRITE AN EMAIL

To return the merchandise you must send an email to our customer service department incidencias@piscinarium.com, in which you will inform us of your intention to return and in which you must include photographs of the item so that we can check the current state of the item and that its packaging is in perfect condition.

SEND IT TO US

You must send us the item/s to be returned to the address that we will notify you via email. We remind you that shipping costs will be at your expense. Once sent, you must notify us.

CHECKOUT AND REFUND

Once we have received the item/s at our facilities, we will proceed to check their status. In the event that everything is correct, we will proceed to make the refund of the amount.

Important aspects to keep in mind

When making the return of an item, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

In the event that the client requests the cancellation of an order that has not yet been sent, PISCINARIUM will refund the full amount of the order (or the amount corresponding to the item/s that he wishes to cancel in the event that there are more items in the same order). . If, on the contrary, the order has already left our warehouses, the customer will assume the shipping costs of said item.

In the event that the item has been unsealed, used, ... it may have incurred a depreciation in its price, with which the refund would be partial. Previously, you would be informed of the amount of depreciation.

Returns NOT accepted

Likewise, we take this opportunity to inform you that there are some circumstances in which Piscinarium will not accept returns:

  • Returns of items that have been used will not be accepted.
  • Returns of custom-made or custom-made items (winter covers, summer covers, custom-made pools, security fences, filters and equipment for public pools, hydromassage spas, tile, spare parts or items on request not published online) will not be accepted. , etc.).
  • Chemical product returns will not be accepted. The chemical product is sent exclusively on request with ADR transport (special transport of dangerous and/or flammable goods). The transport of these products by standard courier services, Post Office or even private transport is prohibited by law.

PISCINARIUM reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the established deadlines or items that are not in the same conditions in which they were received by the client.

PISCINARIUM reserves the right not to refund the full amount paid if it is considered that the product has suffered a depreciation (example: the item is not returned in its original packaging or it is in poor condition).
