Warranty

In accordance with the provisions of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 all products in our online store have 2 years warranty from the date of delivery.

In all those products that have 3 years warranty, the warranty process must be processed directly through the manufacturer (or if you wish, through Piscinarium).

In the case of spare parts or consumables, the warranty is 3 months.

If you need to make use of the warranty we suggest you contact our customer service and we will help you in the management of the same.

Below, and to facilitate the whole process, we list all the steps to follow in order to manage the warranty of any item purchased at Piscinarium.com:

FUNCTIONAL CHECK

Before activating the warranty process, it is advisable to check whether the malfunction may be due to misuse, lack of maintenance, etc... Take the opportunity to read the user (and operation) manual in the section on common errors, in case the problem can be solved by performing some action. If there is no way to solve it, then you should proceed to process the Warranty.

LOOK FOR THE INVOICE

In order to process correctly it will be necessary to present the invoice of the purchase in which the purchased product and its date of purchase are specified. Without the invoice, processing will not be possible.

PHOTO & VIDEO

In order to be able to manage and process the warranty with the manufacturer and better inform about the reason for the malfunction of the product, it is advisable to take all kinds of photos and videos in which the problem or malfunction is appreciated, the serial number of the product, ...

WRITE AN EMAIL

Finally, you must send an email to our customer service department incidencias@piscinarium.com, in which you will inform us of your intention to process the warranty, along with all your personal data, brand and model of the product, serial number, purchase invoice, ...

What is NOT covered by the Warranty

Please note that there are some circumstances that will be excluded from the warranty and Piscinarium will not be responsible for the malfunction of the product:

  • If you do not have an invoice, you will not be able to process the Warranty.
  • Because youhave exceeded the term of warranty coverage.
  • Due toa bad use, incorrect use, manipulation or maintenance on the part of the Client.
  • Due to breakage, blows or any other type of negligence caused by the customer.
  • Due to electrical surges or overcurrents that have damaged the device.
  • Due to an unofficial manipulation or repair by the customer without going through the Technical Service.
  • Due to manualdeletion or removal of the serial number.
  • Due to normal wear and tear of expendable elements that are replaceable (filters, belts, silex sand, pre-filter pump basket, cleaner belts, salt chlorinator electrodes, ...).
